• Before you spend a cent you will have access to demo accounts, you will talk with an actual person, and you will be able to schedule a live demonstration for you and your team.

Roll Out:

• Integration into your existing web site needs very little effort from your end to have the fully branded look and feel you want.
• We can assist in setting remote payment options for customers who don't come into your facility. Trainers and studios that don't currently accept credit cards, we can help there too.
• Knowing how to sell this to your members and prospective clients is a part of our business strategy. It is paramount that you feel very comfortable as a team integrating GymToolz into your fitness presentation. Not only will we provide roll out sales training, but we will be offering ongoing advanced sales training as you need.

Tech Support:

• We built this entire program in-house. We built it to be web based to eliminate hassle.
• If one of your clients finds an issue in the system, they don't contact you. They shoot a guy here, sitting at a desk ,an e-mail, he fixes it and lets them know things are good to go.
• We have in-house servers designed to handle all the growth you can throw at us. We even have accessed hundreds of terabytes worth of storage for all the pictures and files your trainers and clients are going to want to store in their digital files.
• Everything in our database is backed up in more than one location on secure servers.

Custom:

• Many features in the program can be customized by you without having to involve us at all.
• If you need something specific built for your business just let us know. Additional programming and design work may cost extra. May be worth it, too.
